A school, not a hotel'
One wonders why do we
teach our children to tell the truth when none of the Governmental
bodies or private firms are actually practicing it in real life.
There has been a lot of hue and cry on the IPL issue, rather it is still on. The interview of Mr. Sashi Tharoor on the very next day of the opening of can of worms by Mr. Modi, where Mr. Sashi very boldly tells the whole world that Ms. Sunanda Pushkar is just his friend and has nothing to do with anything else. Four months down he weds the just friend.
Ms. Supriya Sule spoke on the television that none of her family members had anything to do with the IPL. She did cross her heart. Later on it was exposed that her father in law did hold stake in the IPL.
Why in the world such untrustworthy people are still allowed to hold positions in public offices. Why have they not been yet questioned by the election commission and asked that why should their election as MP not be disqualified.
Take the case of progress of various states. If all states belong to India and every Citizen of India has equal rights, then why the overall development of India has not been considered. Why is it that some states are developed and some are ignored. Why there is no question asked to th erulers of the past or their competency questioned. Whay are they still allowed to contest elections.
Number of the Government undertaking units are running in loss or closed down. Why are the personnel responsible not questioned for their performance.
It was a shame when the results of most corrupt organisation was disclosed and the front runners were those who were supposed to implement law and order. Why the personnel who are on the highest post of these organisation questioned for the reputation.
It was absolutely disturbing when Mr. Vikram Chandra asks question to the people of India what should be done to eliminate corruption in India. Well he also said that he was never harassed because he was from the media.
The answer lies here. Keep every post of the public servant under surveillance. Record every meeting of the public servants, every deal must be available to the courts in case there is any allegation of corruption. All data must be available in video and audio and not just papers.
There is corruption, incompetence in almost every department in India. This is discussed in great lengths on every channel, every newspaper, Magzine, Public meetings and yet we have not been able to find any solution. But hardly any questions are asked to the head of the institution. There are only discussions are held with no conclusion.
NDTV has started a campaign on saving Tigers. But what about the Forests? Why there is no mention of the National Park which is in the heart of Mumbai? Why no questions are asked on the encroachment in the forest area in the National Park? People are donating millions of rupees at the temples. Good but why is the source of money not declared? Why is the donation at the temples made available to the Income Tax department? Why is there no question asked.
If 90 db sound is too loud at Shivaji park, what about the noise made by vehicles in residential areas, Music played on road and in societies during marriages and navratri celebrations. Why are no questions asked on this biased dicisions.
Why are the roads near the Minister's homes and i towns always well maintained and in the interiors there are no roads at all. No questions are asked. Public money is spent on making statues, no questions are asked.
