Most of the DTH service ( dish tv, tata sky, sun tv) user face this issue.
If we call customer care , they send a person but charge heavy to fix no signal issue. Here I will try to tell the reason for the issue and the resolution for the same.
Reason:
You Dish tv/Tata Sky tv antenna is not properly aligned. It may be beuase of heavy wind or rain.
Solution:
Quite Simple..Just realign the antenna.. huuh. but that is not simple task.. It is bit tricky..
It needs atleast two person to align it, since Antenna and TV are not located at one place.
Step 1:
1. Switch on the TV and go to Menu --> settings --> STB info
2. You will find signal strenght there..For best performance it should be 60-70 %.
3. Call the person who is near dish antenna
4. Ask him/her to move the antenna up/down a bit..
5. When you see all the signal strength in 60-70% range.. You are done..
Your Dish Tv/ Tata sky will work perfectly fine now... :)
