Starting with my first Blog, These days india os getting caught into the web of a disease called SWINE FLU.
As Baba RamDev has rich experience on curing many deadly disease, he has recently advised a cure for Swine Flu as well.
These are his words on this .
'There is a plant named Gilloi which can be both, a preventive measure as well as a cure for Swine flu as it makes the respiratory and immune system strong,'' the Yoga exponent told newspersons here.
He said he planned to have talks with Union Health Minister Ghulam Nabi Azad about this ayurvedic medicine. Baba Ramdev said Swine flu patients had either a weak immune system or they were suffering from some other health problems."
The Yoga Guru said doing ''Pranayam'' regularly will make the heart strong that can prevent the virus from entering the human body.
''The virus will have the least effect on people who had strong heart, liver and blood,'' Baba Ramdev said.
